Let that dry COMPLETELY, then add another coat. A third coat is overkill. When the 2nd coat is COMPLETELY dry, put on a maximum strength top coat. Let that dry, then do it again. I'd give a new top coat daily.<br /><br />You don't put new coats on wet nails. Before you slam a product, make sure you're using it correctly.<br /><br />FYI, I have a bachelor's and master's in Theatre Technology, and I've been a makeup artist for theatre, ballet, and opera for over 20 years.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
